3. Booking and Estimates
3.1. All bookings should be made in advance via phone, online, or in person.
3.2. Estimates for services are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, additional repairs required, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of any changes to the initial estimate.
4. Customer’s Responsibilities
4.1. It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is delivered in a safe and roadworthy condition.
4.2. You must ensure all keys and accessories are handed over with the vehicle at the time of drop-off.
4.3. If the vehicle is not collected within the agreed days of the pick-up date, a storage fee may apply.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed.
